Our process planning includes review for design and manufacturing intent by engineers at one of our many UNIX workstations—wireframe, surface modeling or a solid model can be developed. To produce your part we translate the CAD dimensional data, using CAM programs such as Delcam, Gibbs, Virtual Gibbs to generate tool cutting paths for CNC machining. Our project teams, consisting of highly qualified design and manufacturing engineers along with skilled machinists, toolmakers and assembly technicians, put innovative theories into manufacturing practices, and practical experience into process plans.
