- We
created the mechanism for the Herman Miller Aeron Chair. This is a unique
arm that offers just the perfect amount of back support, and was the first
completely adjustable chair designed for office use.
- We created an electric fuel nozzle for a large aircraft company. The nozzle was made of an extremely high strength plastic: it was designed to be able to be run over by large aircraft and still function properly. Our client originally wanted the part made of steel, which also would have worked: however, it would have been heavier and more cumbersome and it would have cost many times what the plastic piece cost.
